Why is this site called Jump4Toys when your store is called Try and Buy?

Try and Buy is an ideal name for our physical stores, because we always give our customers the opportunity to experience their selections “hands on” before completing a purchase. This is obviously not true of an online purchase, although our unconditional guarantee assures your complete satisfaction with anything you purchase from us on the Internet. We wanted to create a playful, “joyful” online presence – hence, “Jump4Toys”.

Try and Buy first opened its doors in 1974 and has been in continuous operation since then.

What is your method of shipping, and when can I expect to receive my package?

Most in-stock orders ship UPS ground, the next business day. Orders shipped with the 48 contiguous states should arrive within 3-10 days from the day it ships from our warehouse. Orders placed on the weekend will ship the following business day (unless it is a National holiday). What happens if an item is not available?

If the item is temporarily unavailable, Jump4Toys will get it for you. If it is permanently unavailable, we will suggest alternate selections.

Do you accept shipments to post office boxes, or international orders?

We do not ship to PO, APO or FPO Boxes.

This site does not accept international orders at this time. In certain situations, it may be possible to make special arrangements by calling Customer Service, toll-free, at 1-800-672-6368. All orders are payable in U.S. dollars.
