Merchandise Damaged in Shipment
We carefully inspect all merchandise before it leaves our warehouse. If you
receive any item damaged, you must, within 48 hours, call customer service
at 1-800-672-6368. This is important since the responsible freight carrier
must be contacted immediately.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any merchandise purchased
from Jump4Toys.com within 30 days of receipt of your shipment for a full refund
or replacement. Merchandise must be returned in its original saleable condition.
Sorry, there are no returns on personalized items. Return-shipping charges
are the customer's responsibility. We will pay these charges and refund shipping
and gift-wrap charges only if we are at fault. Refunds will be issued to the
credit card account originally charged. Returning a gift will result in a store
credit. A package that is refused for delivery is the same as making a return.
Customers returning merchandise via mail should contact us by e-mail at returns@Jump4Toys.com for
return instructions and an authorization number.
Local New York-area customers may, at their option, return merchandise to the
nearest retail Try And Buy Toy Stores location.
Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order anytime prior to shipping. Unfortunately, we are not
able to cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Online payments may be made with worry-free security via the 4 major bank credit/debit
cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover). Your account is charged
only when your order
is processed. All orders, regardless of origin or payment method, are payable
in U.S. dollars.

Every online credit card transaction with Jump4Toys.com is backed by our Safe
Purchase Guarantee. Regarding any purchase you make from Jump4Toys.com, you
pay nothing if fraudulent use is made of your credit card account as the direct
result of your use of the account for a purchase from Jump4Toys.com. To date,
no Jump4Toys.com customer has reported fraudulent use of a credit card, or
any unauthorized charges, because of an online purchase from us. Our secure
server software (SSL) is today's gold standard in secure e-commerce transactions.
The information you enter (including your credit card number, expiration date
and shipping/contact information) is encrypted so that it cannot be intercepted
over the Internet. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your issuing bank cannot
hold you liable for more than $50.00 in fraudulent charges, and many banks
have now dropped even this charge. If your bank does hold you liable for any
of this $50.00 amount, Jump4Toys.com will reimburse you for this liability,
up to the maximum $50.00. This reimbursement will only be made if fraudulent
use of your credit card occurred through no fault of your own because of purchases
from Jump4Toys.com while using our secure server. In such event, you must notify
your credit card provider in accordance with its specific reporting rules and
procedures. Use of your credit card with Jump4Toys.com does not place you on
any list that is for sale or rent to any third party. Please see our Privacy

Gift-wrap is available for most items for FREE, excluding only certain oversized merchandise.
